In September 2009, April 2010, April 2011, January 2012 and February 2013, the company used sa spinel brick of our company at the bottom of Austrian furnace and molten pool for five times, with better and better effect. For example, masonry began in April 2011 (the thickness of furnace wall brick is 460mm), and the furnace was shut down at the end of December of the same year. The service life of furnace bottom and furnace wall brick in the melting pool reached 8 months. The furnace was shut down to check the size of residual bricks. The thickness of furnace wall in the melting pool was 300400mm, and the thickness of furnace wall in the upper part of the melting pool was 100200mm. The construction began in February 2013. The furnace was shut down in December of the same year. The service life of furnace bottom and furnace wall brick in the melting pool reached 10 months, and the remaining residual bricks were 200 months mm。
